Kim Hendrix - Account Manager

Please help us welcome our new Account Manager, Kim Hendrix! Kim, is a self made woman who was born & raised right here in Walker County. Before joining us here at Friendly, she worked at Covington Credit for 15 years. What she was able to accomplish within those years is truly inspiring. She was the District Manager of 7 different branches of the company. She was the recipient of several awards including Office of the Year. Kim loves spending time with her son, Jasper and her 3 dogs, Blue, Cookie, & Sophie. We are thrilled to have someone with her expertise joining our team!

Randy Crump - Owner

Randy is our owner/operator and has been in the car business all his life. He opened Friendly Auto Sales in 1997. 

Judy Pike - Title Clerk

Judy has recently celebrated her 20th year here with us at Friendly! She has been in the car business since the 80s, so she knows this business like the back of her hand! She was a graduate of Carbon Hill, and has one son named, Kelly & one grandson, Jase! She loves to spend her free time at church worshipping the Lord!

Kenny Leighton - Sales Manager

With 32 years of experience in the car business, Kenny is the perfect guy to help you find your next vehicle! He has been with us at Friendly since January of 2012. He goes above and beyond for all of his customers! Kenny has been married to his wife Lisa for 13 years, and they have a beautiful daughter, Katherine & son, Kacy. We are very lucky to have Kenny on our team!

Mallory Tidwell - Accounting Clerk

Mallory has been with us at Friendly since 2017, but has been in the car business since 2011! She works in our accounting department with Judy. Mallory was recently married in April of 2022. She lives in Boldo, Alabama with her husband, and their 3 German Shepherds & 3 cats.

Austin Hogeland - Mechanic

Austin has been with us since 2018! He works hard at our shop as one of our mechanics. Austin is a graduate of Cordova High school, and still lives in the area with his beautiful wife Christian, and their son Kayden.

Kristie MacKay Dorman - Service Advisor

Kristie has been with us since December of 2020. She has many years of experience in the auto service world. She was just recently married to her fiancé, Don. Kristie & her French Bulldog, Smokie are there to help take the stress out of having your vehicle repaired.

J Harris - Detail

J is in our Detail Department, and has been with us since September of 2021! He has several years experience, and works very hard to keep all of our vehicles looking like new! He is a Dora native, a loving father, and dog lover. He has been a great addition to our team!

Samantha Jo Crowe - Receptionist

Samantha Jo has been with us since September of 2021! Samantha is usually the first friendly face you see when you walk inside. She answers the phone and assists Cynthia with taking customer's payments. Samantha lives in Parrish with her husband, Chris and has 2 daughters. She has been such a wonderful addition to our team here at Friendly.
